My wife and I are Best Western members and we have enjoyed our stay at various locations around the country but this establishment is NOT up to par with the franchise, it is shameful. We have not been on many trips this year due to the pandemic so we were excited about the prospect of taking a trip but didn’t anticipate this low quality product from Best Western. There were so many things we found problematic at this place. When we went to sit out on the patio there was a homeless man arguing on the phone, sitting on the floor, barefoot with no mask. The carpet had stains everywhere, the paint was peeling off the walls and the window shutters needed desperately to be dusted. We were moved rooms twice and the ceiling in both rooms appeared to have water damage, photo is attached. The outlets didn’t work so we had trouble charging our phones. The tv in our first room wasn’t working properly. Honestly this list just scratches the surface of issues that we noticed, we reserved for one night and were happy to check out as soon as possible.
